Synopsis


At the Caliente Festival in Zurich, a Brazilian dancer is murdered. Inspector Böhler, who happens to witness the incident, launches an investigation and, together with his team, delves deep into the South American community. Before long, they uncover an international drug network revolving around the Colombian mastermind “Fyl” and the shady DJ Carlos Velázquez.

 

Main Characters

Inspector Franz Böhler—gruff, headstrong, wears a trench coat like Maigret, 60 years old, “old school,” and enjoys playing Jass in the Metzgerhalle.

Assistant Fridolin “Glarner” Blumer—cheerful nature, just under 30, beloved by all female police assistants—rides a Vespa.

Jasmin Keller—Assistant, well-connected in the Latino scene, smart, and tech-savvy.

Gloria Meyer—forensics officer, clever, young, beautiful, recently became Fridolin Blumer’s partner.

Fyl – Felipe Ylberti López – Colombian drug lord.

Carlos Velázquez—DJ and scene middleman, charming and dangerous.

Sônia Ferreira—Brazilian community activist, head of the Casa Latino.

Mateus Santo da Silva—Brazilian dancer, drug addict, first victim.

Catalina Márquez—dancer, girlfriend of Mateus Santo da Silva.
